Overview

We are seeking a Line Leader to oversee our manufacturing operations. The role will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective production of goods on the production line, as well as being responsible for various quality checks.  This is a leadership role that requires organizational and problem-solving skills.

Salary: £12 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Thursday
  • 8:30am till 4pm

The Role

  • Manage a small team and plan, organize, and coordinate production activities to meet production targets and deadlines
  • Manage production processes and implement improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency

Other duties

  • Actively working on the production line on a daily basis.
  • Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety awareness

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Line Leader or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  Previous packing experience is ideal.
