Shifts: Monday to Friday – Ad-hoc / On-call basis

Supreme Recruitment is urgently seeking reliable and physically fit Temporary Loaders / Recycling Shed Operatives to support our waste and recycling teams. This is an on-call/adhoc role, meaning you may be contacted early in the morning to start the same day—flexibility is essential.
You must own safety boots and a high-visibility vest to be considered for this role.
Key Responsibilities:

Work as part of a team to collect waste and recycling from designated collection points

Return containers to correct locations and ensure all missed bins or additional work are recorded and completed

Load waste safely and efficiently, clearing any spillages immediately

Support drivers by acting as a reversing assistant for safe vehicle manoeuvring

Follow all company health & safety procedures and legal requirements

Maintain a polite and professional manner with colleagues, the public, and client representatives

Assist with additional tasks as directed by management
What We’re Looking For:

Able to follow instructions and work independently when needed

Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Good timekeeping and reliability

Team player with basic communication skills

High attention to safety and ability to follow procedures

Must own hi-vis vest and safety boots
🌟 Desirable (but not essential):

Previous experience in waste, recycling, or manual labour

Knowledge of the local area

Basic understanding of Health & Safety procedures
