About the Role
We are recruiting qualified Electricians for housing associations across London. This role involves electrical installations, maintenance, and repair work within residential properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical inspections, diagnostics, and repairs.
- Install, maintain, and upgrade electrical systems, including lighting, sockets, and fuse boards.
- Respond to electrical emergencies, ensuring tenant safety.
- Conduct electrical testing and certification in line with current regulations.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety standards.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent qualifications.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
- Experience working in residential or social housing environments.
- Valid ECS/CSCS card.
- Own tools and equipment (advantageous).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
