Our client is a specialist distributor who currently have an opportunity for a bright, enthusiastic Internal Sales Executive to join their friendly team at their branch located in Slough.
This is a full-time, permanent position, where continuous sales development and training will be provided. As an Internal Sales Executive, you’ll handle incoming enquiries, sell and support the product range, and proactively make outgoing calls to meet sales targets.
The Role
Your responsibilities include processing quotations and sales orders, updating customer records, resolving queries, and collating customer files to company standards. Alongside this, you will provide feedback on emerging opportunities to the sales team, contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in customer service, and perform any ad hoc duties as required by the Branch Manager.
