About the Role
We are seeking experienced Plumbers to work with housing associations across London. You will play a vital role in maintaining and upgrading plumbing systems in residential properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, and fixtures.
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues, including leaks, blockages, and water pressure problems.
- Conduct inspections and provide reports on plumbing systems.
- Install and maintain heating systems, boilers, and radiators.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or equivalent qualifications.
- Proven experience in domestic plumbing, preferably within social housing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Own tools and equipment (advantageous).
- Valid Gas Safe registration (desirable for boiler work).
- CSCS card (desirable).
