Overview
Our West London based client is looking for a Production Line Team Leader to lead and support a packing shift team within the warehouse operation to ensure customer orders are fulfilled daily and targets are met.

The Role:
To Lead and support a Packing Shift Team within the Warehouse Operation
- Lead the packing team to complete the daily workload.
- Ensure Health and Safety standards are maintained and improved.
- Making decisions and solving problems on the line when needed.
- Motivate and support members of your team to maximise team performance
Plan and arrange staff accordingly
- Report to your supervisor where extra staff is needed.
- Recognising staff with strong or weak production skills.
- Communicating with the Agencies when emergency staff is needed.
Ensure customer orders are completed on time daily
- Update the staff board with accurate hourly counts.
- If targets are not met liaise with the quality team and pinpoint the issues.
Accuracy in bills of materials packed
- Checking and confirming the correct bills of materials are packed daily
whenever a change occurs. Use the MarketingxPackhouse – upcoming print as
a reference.
