About the Role
We are hiring skilled Property Maintenance Staff to support housing associations in maintaining residential properties across London. This is a hands-on role requiring a variety of general maintenance tasks to keep properties in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic repairs in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
- Respond to tenant maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
- Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs.
- Handle minor decorating and refurbishment tasks, including painting and tiling.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in property maintenance, preferably in residential or social housing.
- Ability to perform a variety of maintenance tasks to a high standard.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- CSCS card (desirable).
- Good communication and customer service skills.
