Pay Rates:
- Level 1: £12.90/hour
- Level 2: £13.45/hour
- Level 3: £14.56/hour
- Night Shift Premium: +£0.86/hour
- Overtime (after 48 hours): Paid at 125%
Are you detail-oriented, confident with IT systems, and looking for a stable night shift role in a supportive team environment? We’re recruiting Stock Team Operatives to join a busy fruit farm, ensuring accurate stock control and smooth operations during the night shift.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced fresh produce environment, where your accuracy and organisational skills will make a real difference.
The Role
Scanning and counting stock accurately
Maintaining and updating stock records
Using Excel and internal systems to manage stock data
Reporting discrepancies and supporting product traceability
Working closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations
The Person
Computer literate – confidence using Microsoft Excel is essential
Good level of written and verbal English
Strong attention to detail and good numeracy skills
Ability to work night shifts and be flexible for overtime when required
Previous stock control or warehouse experience is desirable but not essential
