Lampton Recycle 360 Recruits First Female Driver from Supreme Recruitment!
Lampton Recycle 360, the waste and recycling collection service working on behalf of the London Borough of Hounslow, has recently appointed their first female and driver and Supreme Recruitment are proud to have been able to help Anna secure her role!

Anna’s appointment is part of Lampton Recycle 360’s commitment to diversity. As a Driver-Loader, Anna’s role sees her drive collection trucks across the borough while supporting with collecting and loading recycling waste.
Anna Rucz says: “I’ve felt really well supported in my role and settled in well as part of the team. Driving is something I genuinely enjoy and knowing that I’m supporting the recycling process makes the role that much better. I’d certainly encourage other prospective operatives to give it a go and look forward to mentoring other female operatives in the future.”
Lampton Recycle 360 recently celebrated six years of recycling for Hounslow residents. The company, which opened its state of the art recycling depot in Southall Lane just over five years ago, has recycled over 100,000 tonnes of material during that time.
